Promotion Name	Cyber Wardens Graduates – July 2024 Promotion
Promoter	This promotion is run by Cyber Wardens Secretariat, whose registered office is located at 48/14 Trevillian Quay, Kingston ACT 2604.
Promotion Period	The Promotion starts at 9:00 am AEDT on 8 July 2024. The Promotion closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entry Restrictions	Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, entrants confirm they have consent, and the Promoter reserves the right to verify this. Entrants completing the eLearning must own or be employed by a small registered Australian business, confirmed by ABN details, with under 19 full-time equivalent employees. Employees and immediate family members of the Council of Small Business Organisations Australia and delivery partners are ineligible to enter.
Entry Procedure	To enter during the Promotion Period, entrants must: be a small business owner or employee (under 19 full-time equivalent employees) have an ABN as a small business owner enrol to the Cyber Wardens eLearning program complete the Cyber Wardens eLearning program by the promotion closing time and graduate as trained Cyber Wardens. Participants can only enter once. Persons found to be entering through multiple accounts will be ineligible to win.

Prize Draw Details	The Competition is a game of Chance. On 1 July 2024 each valid entry will be entered into a random selection process. The winning entry or entries will be the entry or entries that are selected at a random draw. The number of winning entries to be selected will be the same as the total number of Prizes specified in the Schedule below. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
Prize Details	Draw prizes: one x $1,000 AUD e-gift card Total prize pool = $1,000 AUD Each Prize is not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority. Once a Prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter is not responsible for its damage, loss or theft. The use of the Prize is entirely at the winner’s own risk. Before a Prize is awarded, a winner may be required to sign an agreement to release the Promoter from and indemnify the Promoter against any liability arising from the winner’s acceptance and use of the Prize and the winner’s participation in the Competition.
Notification of Winners	Winners will be notified via email within 2 business days of the promotion closing.
Prize Claim	Winners must confirm receipt of the email within 48 hours to claim the prize; otherwise, another winner will be drawn in their place. Prizes will be emailed to the email associated with the winners’ Cyber Wardens account within seven days of winners claiming their prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant due to a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
